I too love to experiment with all of the wonderful veggies from the garden. Your apple cayenne and thyme jelly looks wonderful. How does it taste? If it’s as good as it looks I would love to try your recipe since apple season is upon us. Keep posting the wonderful work you do.
Michelle, I have made Apple Thyme Jelly this year but have never added cayenne. Can you share more info? We STILL have apples galore and I would love to try it! I am doing applesauce tomorrow!!

After you fill your jar, put a dried cayenne pepper in the jelly and seal. Leave the jelly for a month before eating – it’ll have a nice kick!
