GUACAMOLE

We prepared the guacamole just before we opened the Prosecco!

GUACAMOLE

serves 4

3 ripe avocados, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, juice of 1/2 lemon

mash the pulp of the 3 avocados with remaining ingredients…serve
