A couple of weeks ago, CBC Information Morning Saint John executive producer, Steven Webb telephoned me to ask if I’d being interested in a contest to celebrate the end of winter 2015, where listeners would write or call in their favourite story about the best meal they’d ever eaten. Every entry will go into a hat and the winner gets… That’s where I come in. He asked, if I would be interested in preparing an Italian Celebration Feast for Six.
I was thrilled to be asked. I hung up from Steven, looked out at the shrinking snowbanks and wrote a 9-course Italian feast menu for 6 people.
